1、 Before use, remove any tools or debris that may hinder the operation near the lift, and check if the operating handle is functioning properly.

2、 The operating mechanism is sensitive and effective, and the hydraulic system does not allow any crawling phenomenon.

3、 When supporting the vehicle, the four support corners should be on the same plane, and the height of the support corner rubber pad should be adjusted to make it contact the vehicle chassis support part.

4、 When supporting the vehicle, it should not be lifted too high, and the four brackets should be locked tightly after support.

5、 After the lifted vehicle enters, the lift support block should be adjusted and moved to align with the lifting point specified for the vehicle model.

6、 When lifting, personnel should leave the vehicle. When lifting to the required height, the safety lock pin must be inserted and ensured to be safe and reliable before starting the bottom operation of the vehicle.

7、 Except for subsistence allowances and minor repairs, other tedious and cumbersome operations are not allowed to be operated or repaired on the lift.

8、 The lift should not be lifted frequently.

9、 When supporting the vehicle, lift it steadily and lower it slowly.

10、 It is strictly prohibited to lift or lower the lifting machine while someone is working.

11、 If the operating mechanism is found to be malfunctioning, the motor is not synchronized, the bracket is uneven, or there is oil leakage in the hydraulic part, it should be reported for repair in a timely manner and operation with defects is not allowed.

12、 After completing the homework, debris should be cleared and the area around the lift should be cleaned to keep the site clean.

13、 Regularly (every six months) remove the accumulated water in the lift cylinder and check the oil level. If the oil level is insufficient, promptly add pressure oil of the same brand. At the same time, lubrication, lift transmission gears, and seam strips should be checked.
